Gas safety checks

Gas Safety checks (also called CP12s and landlord gas safety certificates) are required by law for landlords renting out a property that has gas appliances. We have extensive experience helping landlords throughout Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley and the rest of Yorkshire with their gas safety certificates, whether it's for a single property or multiple. Gas Safe registered engineer

Please note that we are Gas Safe registered, meaning that we are fully qualified to carry out work with gas, such as landlord gas safety certificates and gas cooker installations. If someone isn't Gas Safe, that means they're not legally allowed to carry out work on gas appliances. 

We're more than happy to provide proof of my Gas Safe registration upon request, our engineers carry Gas Safe ID cards with them when working so will gladly show you.
